If your order has already been shipped
If your order is already shipped, we cannot change the destination address of your order.
You can contact the transport company that will deliver it to you to make the changes you need.
If we have shipped your order to the wrong address because you provided us with the wrong address, we will not be able to reimburse you for shipping costs. If you see that this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible. We can resend the order to the correct address when the carrier returns it to us, or we can refund the amount of the products.
If we haven't shipped your order yet
If you need to modify the destination address of an order you have placed, and it is not yet shipped, go to your order history
and click on "Modify address".
