Cap came on time , in perfect condition (some other retailers send it in a bag, mine came in a box and a bag ). Brilliant confirmation email, backed up by probably smoothest online shopping experience i've had, will definitely use again, I am currently sitting in my back garden sporting my new hat which is doing a brilliant job of keeping the sun out my eyes and keeping my brow dry. Thank you
