You can return your orders for free whenever there is a defect or tare in the item received. In case you want to return your order for other reasons, you will be charged for shipping costs.

It is imperative that the products are returned properly packaged, preferably in their original packaging, and that they retain the original labeling and have not been used or handled.

Return procedure

To return your order, you can go to "My account/Order history", and there, by clicking on "Details" of the order you want to return, you can manage its return

To avoid errors, follow the return instructions carefully. After requesting your return, if everything is correct, we will accept it and you will be able to see the detailed instructions of it and the address to which you have to send it

You can return your order by your own means, or request a label with the same cost of the shipping, that will be deducted from the amount of the refund. When we receive the returned products, we will refund the amount of the same, excluding shipping costs.

If any item presents any defect, we will assume all shipping costs roundtrip.

Shipping & Delivery

Your order will be sent by Express Mail, if you select a delivery type, or it will be deposited at the selected delivery point. You have more information about the shipments available in Shipping & Returns.

Remember that it is not possible to indicate to the carrier the delivery time slot.

Shipment departure

Shipments, usually, are shipped from our warehouse in the afternoon and are distributed the next morning. If you expect your shipment to arrive tomorrow, probably until the late afternoon you will not receive notification that your shipment has been shipped.

In addition, since the shipment leaves our warehouses, until you receive the notification that it has been sent, you can spend a few hours, so after receiving this notification you can expect to receive your order the next day.

Delayed shipments

If your shipment has not arrived on the expected date, before contacting us please check that you do not have a post notice in your mailbox, indicating that they have not been able to locate you in the delivery attempt.

In some occasions, this notice is not deposited by the delivery person, so it could be that they have passed but there is no warning. You can check the status of your order from the order history and you can check the email that we sent you when your order was sent to check the tracking number.

If this email has not arrived, your order may still be ready. We try to get it to you as soon as possible but in some occasions, there may be delays, due to local holidays, or some logistical setback. Please be patient, as soon as your order leaves our facilities we will let you know.

International deliveries

International orders may entail an additional variable charge for customs, which will depend in each case on the amount and the country of destination. The rates related to these customs expenses will be borne by the consumer and paid in those customs at the reception of the order. There can only be this customs tax on shipments outside of Spain.

You can pay for your purchase with a credit card, PayPal or cash on delivery. For now, we do not accept other means of payment such as bank transfer

Card payment problems

If you have a problem with the payment, make sure that your card is not expired, that you have a balance and that you are writing the name of the card holder correctly.
Exceptionally, you may have payment problems if you are traveling in a foreign country, for security reasons you can refuse payment to avoid the use of counterfeit cards. If the problem persists, you can select the payment with PayPal even if you do not have an account in this service. From PayPal you can also pay with a bank card.

Cash on delivery

The cash on delivery service, has a cost of 2.5 € additional on the price of your purchase.
If you select the payment on delivery, make sure you have the money in cash when the delivery person passes through your home to make the delivery.
You can also pick up the package at your usual post office and pay by card.

If you have made a return, when we receive the goods back, we will check that the status of the returned products is adequate and we will proceed to make the appropriate refund.
This process may take a few days, due to delays that can not be avoided by banks. Since we notify you that we are going to make the refund, it may take a few days until it is reflected back in your account or card.
If after a week, you do not see the amount returned in your statement, get in contact with us

PayPal refunds

If you have made the payment with PayPal, the refund will be made to your PayPal account. From there, you can transfer it back to the original payment method.

Refunds of orders against reimbursement

If you have placed your order against payment, get in contact with us and give us your PayPal account or bank account number to make the refund.

To cancel your order, go to your order history and click on "Details" in the order you wish to cancel. If your order can be canceled, you will find a red button below.

You can cancel your order while it has not yet left our facilities.

Accidental cancellations

If you have canceled your order by accident, get in contact with us and we will solve it.
