A) Purpose of the general conditions

The purpose of these General Conditions is to regulate the conditions of use and utilization of the website caphunters.com (hereinafter CAPHUNTERS), whose activity is the marketing of fashion accessories.

The mere use of the website attributes the status of Users, who declare that they know and accept without reservation or exception, each and every one of the General Conditions set forth in this document.

CAPHUNTERS reserves the right to unilaterally modify each and every one of the obligations set forth in these General Conditions, without prior notice. It also reserves the right to restructure, modify or eliminate any information, service or content included on this website without prior notice.

B) Rights and obligations of the user

The website is free and public to use and any user can access the information displayed. CAPHUNTERS reserves some of the services offered for Registered Users by completing the corresponding User registration form that is available to any user.

The Registered User undertakes to make lawful use of the Access Codes, as well as not to make them available to third parties. And you undertake to reliably notify CAPHUNTERS as soon as possible of the loss or theft of the Access Codes, as well as any risk of access to them by a third party.

C) Conditions of sale

Placing an order on the website implies acceptance of these General Conditions.

The price that appears at all times next to the product includes taxes and always refers to orders placed online. CAPHUNTERS reserves the right to modify said price without prior notice, as well as the elimination of any element from the product catalog or the introduction of new ones.

Handling and shipping costs will be borne by the customer and will be specified in the shopping cart and in the order.

The products purchased must be paid for after placing the order using one of the selected payment methods that will be detailed in the purchase process, according to the payment conditions of each client.

The delivery time will depend on the products and the shipping destination, and in any case it starts counting from the moment CAPHUNTERS receives payment for the order. Said delivery time will be exposed approximately in the purchasing process and may depend on the shipping method selected, which will also be exposed in said purchasing process.

In international shipments (outside Spain), the receiving state of the shipment may require the payment of taxes and/or customs fees that are not included in the order price. Each client must inform themselves of what these conditions are.
The incoterm applied to our international shipments is CPT.
If the corresponding customs fee is not paid, at the customer's discretion, the package will be considered abandoned and not returned, so the amount of the order will not be refunded.

If an incorrect or incomplete delivery address has been provided by the customer, shipping costs will not be refunded in the event that the package ultimately cannot be delivered.

In the event that the recipient does not receive the package, rejects it, or does not pick it up within the corresponding delivery point, shipping costs will not be refunded.

The customer may partially or totally cancel the order as long as the merchandise has not been shipped.

CAPHUNTERS is not obliged to compensate the user or third parties for the consequences of the use of the product, whether direct or indirect damages, accidents suffered by people, damage to property unrelated to the product, loss of profit or loss of profits or damages that come from a deterioration.

CAPHUNTERS is not responsible for possible typographical or content errors in the characteristics of the products that may occur from time to time, and like prices, these characteristics are subject to change without prior notice.
