To return your order, you can do it by your own means, or ask for a label and someone will collect the package and send it to the delivery address. When we receive the returned products, we will refund the amount of the same, excluding shipping costs.
If any item has any defect, we will assume all shipping costs, both the return, which we will refund in full, and the return.
If you want to make a change to an item, simply make your return and place a new order.

In the event a product that does not meet the above conditions has been returned, the refund will be denied. The customer can have the package at home again paying the shipping costs.
