You can return your orders for free whenever there is a defect or tare in the item received. In case you want to return your order for other reasons, you will be charged for shipping costs.

If any item presents any defect, we will assume all shipping costs roundtrip.

It is imperative that the products are returned properly packaged, preferably in their original packaging, and that they retain the original labeling and have not been used or handled.

Return procedure

To return your order, you can go to "My account/Order history", and there, click on "Make a return" in the order you wish to return.

When we confirm your return, if you have requested a shipping label, you will receive a label that you will have to stick to the packaging. If you prefer to send the package by your own means, we will indicate the destination address by email, but remember that you must use a parcel service that provides a tracking number.

If you need to check the status of your refund, you can do so from "My account/My returns"
